Book: What book would you like to see made into a movie?
Submitted by Felipe Anuel.
I'd love to see Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum Series. OMG, they are the greatest books ever, I can't wait for this years Lean Mean Thirteen!!
Lately I've been feeling old and the fact that I turn 26 on Monday is terrifying. Those of you older want to punch my lights out, but that's how I feel. I feel this way b/c when I was 23 I was ready to have kids and my mother brainwashed me to think I didn't want to b/c she's not ready to be a grandmother. Now I look around and everyone my age and they already have a 2-3 year old. I guess I put that all aside for my career and it was a good move, but not the clock is ticking. How do I know, well I just had a dream last night that I was going bald. What does that mean?
"Bald
To dream that you are going bald, suggests a lack of self-esteem or worries about getting older. Alternatively, baldness symbolizes humility, purity, and personal sacrifice. You are at a stage in your life where you are confident in fully exposing yourself."
I want to get married, I want to have a child, I want to have a tiny home and I want to be happy. There. All this with JL, no matter what we've been through I just CAN'T see my life without him. I'm starting to change my ways and help this relationship out. Better late than never, especially when your partner notices your change. This is the only reason I can thank my ex for, helping me realize that I'm great just as I am and I should be happy that I have someone that loves me for ME!!
So I had an interesting lunch today, I went to an authentic Japanese Noodle Shop for a coworkers birthday, Tanpopo Noodle Shop. I was a bit careful as to what to order so I went with Tempura Donbori, which came with a ginger salad (yummee), misou soup (yuk), some dipping sauce (yuk) and a bowl with white rice, some deep fried veggies and 2 shrimp. Two shrimp people, my first thought was WTF?? Was that really suppose to fill me up, uumm no, the rice was what filled me up. I don't regret it because I like trying new food, but it was a bit bland for my taste buds. I'd get a smell of the misou soup and I wanted to vomit, but overall it was a great experience.
I've now added a four kind of meal to my list, Greek, Thai, Indian and now Japanese. I will stick with Greek mostly, I really like their Gyro's!! I do prefer Chinese buffets and yes I know that they are mostly Americanized. Next up is, uh I forgot the name, but I'm sure we will go with next weeks paycheck!!
My grade: C
I just realized I didn't like it very much b/c the taste is still lingering and I can't get rid of it. I'll change it to a D.
What's the story behind a time when you got locked out?
It was about a year ago, I had just arrived at the library and JL interrupted my shift, turn car off, remove keys. He started talking to me and we got out of the car without the keys and I locked it. We didn't notice till we came back to the car, JL was so upset, as was I b/c it's was his fault for interrupting me!! Luckily my parents were home and they had my spare key, I only have 1 key to the ignition, but I made copies of the door one b/c that was the 3rd or 4th time I had locked myself out of the car. I had to call a locksmith, through my insurance, but it was free, how embarrasing. Till this day we only have one ingnition key, why, b/c it's one of those keys that cost $100 to make a copy b/c it has some stupid chip and you can only get it from the dealer. So yeah, I've learned my lesson.

What's your favorite blend or brand of coffee or tea?
I really like the Mango Tea from this tiny independent coffee shop, The Executive Shoppe. My favorite Caribou drink is the Light White Blueberry, but they discontinued it so I don't go to Caribou as often as before. I don't really like Starbucks, it's just not as good as I remembered it. If I make coffee at home is has to be a French Vanilla or Hazel Nut blend, the brand doesn't matter!
I have never regretted my past more than now. No matter how invincible you think you are, EVERYTHING has it's consequence.
